1. Physical and mechanical functions
The working environment of composite geotextiles is harsh. In many cases, it is immersed in water or laid in soil with high humidity, so it must have good hydrolysis resistance and wet mechanical properties.
2. Water permeability
Both filtration and drainage of composite geotextiles require water permeability, so it must have good water permeability.
3. Chemical resistance, corrosion resistance, mildew resistance
Water and soil are very different, some are alkaline, some are acidic, some contain more salt, some contain various elements, so it is necessary to have chemical stability.
Fourth, anti-ultraviolet radiation, hydrolysis resistance, high and low temperature resistance
The composite geotextile should be exposed to sunlight and have corresponding UV resistance; Composite geotextiles should adapt to the temperature when in contact with materials such as asphalt and require higher melting points.
