Products Description

Geonet Drainage Composites is a new geosynthetic material. The constituent structure is a three-dimensional geomesh core with needle-punched non-woven geotextiles glued to both sides. The 3D geomesh core consists of a thick vertical rib and a diagonal rib at the top and bottom. It quickly drains groundwater from the road and has a pore-maintenance system that blocks capillary water at high loads.

1. Laid between the foundation and the bottom, used to discharge the water between the foundation and the bottom, block the capillary water and effectively combine into the edge drainage system. It can extend the service life of the road.
2. After the aging of the road and the formation of cracks, most of the rain will enter the section. In this case, the three-dimensional composite drainage network is directly laid under the pavement instead of the drainage foundation. This structure can extend the life of the road, whether it is rigid road or flexible road system.
3. Laying Geonet Drainage Composites on the base can prevent the fine material from entering the base (that is, play an isolation role). The aggregate base will enter the upper part of the geonet to a limited extent. It also has the potential to limit the lateral movement of the aggregate base, in this way it acts similar to the reinforcement of a geogress. Generally speaking, the tensile strength and rigidity of the three-dimensional composite drainage network are used in many geogrates for foundation reinforcement, and this limiting effect will improve the supporting capacity of the foundation.
4. In northern climates, laying Geonet Drainage Composites can help alleviate the effects of frost heave. If the freezing depth is very deep, the mesh can be laid in a shallow position in the foundation, as capillary action blocking. This could potentially limit the development of ice crystals, eliminating the need to limit traffic loads when ice melts in cold regions in the spring.
